Pay at location

1. If there’s a system issue with payment links.

2. If you accept payment at the location (e.g., by PIN or cash): 

3. Register the payment in the Payment Overview.

4. Adjust the amount in the top-left corner (exclude the deposit). 

5. Select "Pay at Location" under Payment Options.

If you accept a deposit on location, add a note in the booking overview with the date and approver’s name.

6. DON'T FORGET TO SETTLE THE DEPOSIT ON THE END OF THE BOOKING.
