Change Car
If a customer arrives to pick up a vehicle and the reserved one is unavailable, or if the customer wishes to switch to a different vehicle, follow these steps.
1. Access the Booking
Open the booking calendar, select the relevant booking, and click "View" to access the booking overview.
2. Change the Vehicle
In the top section near the booking dates, you’ll find the license plate number of the assigned vehicle. Click on it.
A dropdown menu will appear, displaying all available vehicles. Select the desired license plate, then save the booking.
3. Handle Payment Adjustments
- After saving, check for a red-marked number in the top-right corner of the This indicates a change in booking value:
- Negative value: The customer is entitled to a Contact Oscar Customer Service to process this refund.
- Positive value: The customer must pay the difference.
Discuss the adjustment with the customer and agree on the next steps.
4. Process Payment for Additional Costs
- If the customer needs to pay extra, send a payment link:
- Go to Payments > Payment Options > Send Payment Link to email the payment link to the customer.
