Special Opening Hours

Specific periods

You can adjust your opening hours for specific periods. For example during holidays or when you want to adjust your opening hours to the season. You can manage this directly on the “opening hours” page.

1. Below the regular opening hours section, you’ll find the option to add special opening hours. To do so, press on the "New Special Opening Hours" button.

2. A new weekly overview will appear, allowing you to specify these special opening hours. Please note that opening hours must be entered on a Monday-to-Sunday basis. If the special opening hours overlap two or more weeks, you’ll need to create two or more separate entries.

Example:If your location is closed from Wednesday 11 until Thursday 19, December 2024, you would have to create two separate weeks as follows:

Week 1: Open on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 December, then closed from Wednesday 11 December until Sunday 15 December.

Week 2: Closed from Monday 16 until Thursday 19 December, then open from Friday 20 December until Sunday 22 December.

3. Do not forget to “Create” your changes".
