Refund

Refunds may be issued if changes are made to a booking or if you, as the location, decide to offer a discount.

Approval

The rental location decides about refunds, keeping the cancellation policy in mind, exceptions can only be made by the location.

Processing

Contact Oscar Customer Service  with the booking number to process a refund by assistance of a customer service agent.
