Cancellation Policy

Within 1 Hour of Booking
- Customers receive a full refund of the rental amount.

48 Hours Before the Booking Start
- 25% of the rental amount will be withheld.

- The full rental amount will be withheld.
These conditions provide clarity for both the customer and the business.
Steps to Cancel a Booking

Check for Deposits
- Go to the Deposit Window (Actions > Deposit).

- If a deposit is listed, refund the payment or delete it if necessary, then return to the booking overview.


2. Contact customer service
- Only Customer service is able to cancel a reservation, if a refund of the payment is needed ask customer service to handle this as well.
3. Initiate the Cancellation
- Click on "Actions" in the top-right corner.
- Select “Cancel/Delete Booking”.

4. Provide Cancellation Details

The system will prompt you to:
- Enter a reason for the cancellation.
- Indicate if any refund of the payment is due to the customer based on the cancellation policy.

5. Finalize the Cancellation:
- After filling in the required details, click "Cancel Booking."

If a refund is needed, contact the Oscar Customer Service to process it.
