How to close a booking?
Closing bookings
It is important to close the booking at the end of the rental. You do this as follows:
- You enter the number of kilometers driven in the booking.
- When damage is detected, make sure to handle it as outlined in the 'Damages' manual.
- Also, make sure to process any fines in the booking before closing it.
- Once everything is recorded, go to 'Actions' and click on 'Close Booking' at the top. The booking is now closed.
