Milages

Daily Allowance

Each booking includes a daily allowance of 250 milages. Customers can purchase additional Milages at a fixed price Per Milage, which varies by vehicle.

1. Discounts for Additional Kilometers
   • 250 extra kilometers: 10% discount on the per-kilometer price.
   • 500 extra kilometers: 20% discount.
   • 750 extra kilometers: 30% discount.
   • 800+ extra kilometers: Maximum discount of 40%.
2. Exceeding the Milages
   If the total kilometers driven exceed the included allowance plus any additional kilometers purchased, you (the rental location) may charge the customer for the excess at the fixed price per kilometer.
3. Recording and Processing Mileage
   • After the vehicle is returned, enter the final mileage reading in the "ML End" box located under the Fuel and Milages section in the booking overview.

• The system will automatically calculate the overage and the cost owed by the customer.

    4. Notifying the Customer

• If the customer is present: Inform them directly about the additional charges.
• If the customer has left: Send a payment email with the details.
• If you hold a deposit, you may deduct the amount owed from it (Payment overview > deposit).

1. Final Steps
   Save the booking after entering the mileage details to ensure the changes are recorded. Then return any rest amount of the deposit and you may close the booking (Actions > Close booking).
