Moving deposit to a new booking
If a customer requests to transfer their security deposit from a previous booking to a new one, follow these steps:
- Confirm that the customer has an existing security deposit on their old booking.
- Check that the deposit is still valid and has not been refunded or deducted for any charges.

- Remove the security deposit amount in the new booking.


- Click on 'Move deposit' and enter the booking number of the reservation to which the deposit should be transferred.

- Refresh the page for the new booking. The deposit is now authorized for the new booking.
