Deposit Payment Process
- When a booking is created, the system automatically sends a deposit payment link to the customer.

If the process fails or the customer did not receive the link:
- Go to the "Actions" menu in the booking overview.
- Select "Deposit" from the dropdown menu.
- A new page will display the deposit amount and the status of it.

- If the deposit hasn’t been paid, click the blue button labeled "Send email - deposit payment link" to resend the link.
- Once the deposit is paid, it will be displayed in this window as “Authorized/Paid.”
