Charge Customer (fee)
Extra charges, such as damages or fines, are processed outside regular booking values.
Oscar takes 1.5% for the other amounts paid online as processing fee.
To register these charges
1. In the booking, go to Payment > Other Amounts.
2. Select a reason for the charge and fill out the required details. Click "Make" to list the amount.
3. Charging Options
- Deduct from the deposit.
- Send a payment link if the customer agrees to pay another way.
- If paid on location, select "Paid on Location" in the dropdown menu.
