Charge other amount

Extra charges, such as damages, fines or fuel costs, are processed outside regular booking values, since Oscar charges a lower commission for those costs. Be aware of the difference between Oscar fees and other amount charges.

Oscar takes 1.5% for the other amounts paid online as processing fee.

To register these charges:

• In the booking, go to Payment > Other Amounts.
• Select a reason for the charge and fill out the required details.
• Click "Create" to list the amount.

Charging Options:

• Charge from deposit.
• Send a payment link if the customer agrees to pay through the link.

• If paid on location, select "Pay at location" in the dropdown menu.
