Change dates
1. Access the Booking
Navigate to your booking calendar and select the desired booking. Click "View" to open the booking details.
2. Locate and Adjust the Dates
At the top of the booking overview, you’ll see the current booking dates. Click on the date you wish to change and update it based on the customer’s request.
Important: If the customer is already using the vehicle, the first date cannot be changed. Modifying it could impact the booking values.
To extend the booking, only adjust the second date (the "To" date). Update it to the new expected return date, then save the changes.
3. Process Payment Adjustments
Once saved, a red-marked number will appear on the right side (visible in the desktop version). Press on “Payments” to navigate to the payment page of the booking.
Press on “Payment options” to open the Payment Overview menu.
Select "Send Payment Link" to email the customer a link for paying the updated rental price.
4. Send and Finalise the Contract
Return to the booking overview page and click "Actions", then select "Send Electronic Contract". This will send the customer a new contract to sign via email.
Notify the customer that they must complete this step by signing the contract in their email.
