Deposit Payment Process

  • When a booking is created, the system automatically sends a deposit payment link to the customer.
  • If the process fails or the customer did not receive the link:
    1. Go to the "Actions" menu in the booking overview.
    2. Select "Deposit" from the dropdown menu.
    3. A new page will display the deposit amount and the status of it.

 

  1. If the deposit hasn’t been paid, click the blue button labeled "Send email - deposit payment link" to resend the link.
  2. Once the deposit is paid, it will be displayed in this window as “Authorized/Paid.”
