Creating Booking
Booking Channels
- Customers can make bookings through customer service, the website, or the app. These bookings will be sent to you, where you can view the reserved vehicle and the options selected.
- Important: Customers should not contact you directly to make a booking unless you choose to assist them at that moment.
Creating a Booking at Your Location
Select a Vehicle
Navigate to your Booking Calendar and select the desired date box next to the vehicle’s license This will open a blank booking overview.

Gather Customer Preferences

Discuss the customer's preferences for:
- Duration of the rental (Change the second date box for this)
- Additional kilometers.
- Insurance options (including foreign use, if applicable).
- Other services or accessories.
Confirm if they will be the only driver or if additional drivers will be added.
1. Enter Customer Information
- Fill in the driver’s personal details

Verify Compliance:
- Confirm the customer meets the age restrictions.
2. Complete the Booking
Make sure the 15h no payment box at the bottom of the page is always selected.
Click "Create" once all details are entered.
3. Payment and Verification:
- Ensure the customer pays immediately (at least before exceeding the 15 hour limit) by using the link sent to their email. (Any red marked amount is still outstanding)
Confirm the deposit is paid under Actions > Deposit.
Verify the driver’s license (More info about Verification statuses).
4. Send the Contract
Go to Actions > Send Contract.
Be aware the customer's drivers license needs to be verified before sending out the contract.
- Ensure the starting mileage is entered and saved, otherwise the contract will not be send to the customer.
